All ticket sales are final. All ticket sales are subject to availability of seating per scheduled show.
We do not issue refunds or credits for unused tickets, missed shows, expired tickets, or ticket overage purchases.
We do not issue refunds for shows in which the patron(s) leave a performance.
Tickets are good for the SPECIFIC SHOW PURCHASED and are not transferable to other shows. No credits or discounts are issued for future shows for expired or unused tickets.
All ticketing requires payment with either Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or Amex.
Our reschedule policy applies to FULL PRICE PURCHASES ONLY.
We understand emergencies happen and we do allow standby ticketing for those who contact the box office at least 48 hours prior to a performance to reschedule their reservation if other available seats are unsold. We allow one reschedule only. Reticketing must be scheduled within 21 days of the missed performance. All tickets in the original reservation must be used in the reschedule - no split ticketing and no refunds or rainchecks for unused tickets. Tickets are good for specific show only. All special ticketing requests should be made online.
BIRTHDAY DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Birthday 'Hold' Deposits are refundable within 72 hours of making deposit.
Birthday Packages and Rentals are 100% refundable if party is cancelled 45 days before event.
All payments for birthday parties are credited towards final party balance.
Group Tickets are good for the performance reserved only and non-refundable nor transferrable.
We do not refund for unused group tickets.
In the event of inclement snow/ice/inclement weather, we follow the local school systems closure policy. In such cases, we will offer a transfer of tickets to an alternative date. Special Ticketing Requests in event of show cancelations.
We do not refund deposits for group tickets.
Stromboli Pass Tickets are good for one year or 365 days from date of purchase. Stromboli Passes are non-transferable to other parties and no refunds issued for unused ticketing.
Coupons must be redeemed at box office at time of purchase.
Geppetto's will refund any single or group ticket purchase related to a performance that is cancelled by Geppetto's.
GIFT SHOP PURCHASES
Please no refunds after leaving our facility. We will be happy to exchange any unused, unopened and undamaged item for an item of equal value or store credit.
